It works, that's why.
For me, I could eat very low calories and not see weight loss. But if I switch it to low carbs instead, I lose weight.
It's tough sometimes, because most people, myself included, love bread. (And all the other carby goodness that exists) But for the most part I'm good and I don't have any "panic and binge eat" episodes eating this way.
