Default BEANS...A carb or fat

Hey all. I decided today to have beans (a mix of black and refried black) with my grilled chicken at lunch. I am wondering if this will count as my fat or my carb meal for the day since I am now separating the two in maintenance. The refrieds were fat free.

Thanks all. I have been googling this and can't get an answer.

Beans are carb and protein.
Ask in the maintainer thread about how they handle it.
Personally, I'd count as carb (and any added fat like cheese is a fat). But the maintainers are the experts.

Lisa, you are the expert!
Thank you. I will definitely post there to see what they say.
I am thinking myself that it is a carb too. No cheese, just some onions and cilantro.
