Hi! New here. I had a very slow loss last year when I started this, so I made a goal to get to 179 by years end. This would take me out of the obese range (can't remember the last time my weight was that low), so 37 pounds, less than 1lb/week. So far I'm on track (doesnt seem that way here but ive had a good loss in march). I weigh on fridays so my numbers aren't usually the very first of the month.
Jan. 6: 216
Feb. 7: 212 (-4 pounds)
March 7: 211 (-1 pound, total -5 pounds)
