I have never posted or belonged to a forum before, I am brand new.
On Feb 26, 2014 I decided to try a new way of losing weight and getting healthy.
SW: 264.8 lbs
CW: 245 1bs
Goal Weight for year end: 140 lbs
I don't know if this is realistic, time will tell.
I haven't looked around the forum much yet, but hope to find some cheaper alternatives to this PQ diet I am using.
Reading all your posts of weight loss is very encouraging for me, thank you.
