Where did the weekend go?

Last night I did: GYBB Stretch and Tone Yoga

Calories for yesterday: 1325 +
Weigh In: 164.6
Down: .4

Victoria Hi and welcome to the check-in! Good luck with your weight loss goals. I'm not sure the types of exercises that your Dr. approves of. A friend of mine had food surgery and was very limited as to what she could do. She used some of the workouts in the Sit and Be Fit program. Here's their site: I know they air shows in certain markets and there's some stuff online.

4/22/15 My current goal is to get into the 160's. First weigh in after setting goal: 176.8
8/02/15 I was able to get back into the 160's.
My new goal is to not bounce back into the 170's and to work my way down to 160.

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!

You can fight it, or do what you've got to do to get it done. The choice is yours. ~Dian
