I've lost 5 pounds since Friday. Some probably travel bloat, some maybe from this AIP diet? I wasn't expecting the diet to yield a whoosh, so I'm pretty happy - plus excited to blast through the 190s!
Well shoot.. our weather here in Florida is Picture Postcard Beautiful! Low 80's upper 70's Shoot... well and I had salty food last night.. so NOT weighing today as I don't want a number to add to the horrid day at work. Going to be positive and weight tomorrow!
