Lost 50lbs using IP in 2013, didn't phase off at all and have gained everything back so I'm back again to do it right this time!

1st Goal - lose 10lbs - target date - 3/25/17 - achieved!
2nd Goal - lose 20lbs total - target date - 4/30/17 - acheived!
3rd Goal - lose 30lbs total - target date - 6/24/17

1 carrot for every 5lbs
