I'm new here and have been on my diet for 2 weeks. My biggest problem though is cravings. Everything cheesy or carb-y or oily. I finally gave in yesterday and ate a Wendy's burger combo meal, thinking that would take care of the cravings, but its made them worse! Also, I've found since stopping the takeaways and other junk (which was at least 80% of my diet), sleep has gone out the window and my emotions have been crazy. I finished my period last week so I thought things would get better but they really haven't. Could these be withdrawal symptoms? I know addicts cope with crazy withdrawal symptoms, and I often refer to myself as being addicted to food, but I never expected to feel this bad!
