Autumn- You are doing fab in maintenance. Having a few lbs for cushion isn't such a bad idea. It's great that you exercise enough to burn the calories. That is the way to do it.
TerrapinMode - Cereal is the worst because when you look at the serving size it is minuscule compared to what you probably eat. I know what I ate.
And it has lots of added sugar. I was addicted to Rice Crispies. I totally gave up dry cereal. I eat either eggs or steel cut oatmeal with fruit for breakfast. Both choices are very filling.
Desserts - don't even go there. lol. I can't even keep the WW Smart Ones frozen desserts in the house. And then when you look at the portion size for 4 points. No wonder I need to lose 50. I did find Healthy Choice Frozen yogurt for 3 points, it doesn't cause cravings in me, but I only buy if it is on sale.
