Yes, it does, thank you so much! I just bought a bunch of Quest Natural bars on, and I'm so glad it's okay to have 1 per day (which is what I was doing).

So far, I only like the Cinnamon Roll, Coconut Cashew, and Strawberry Cheesecake, so at least I can have some variety.
