I don't measure inches but <5 lbs makes a HUGE difference in how I feel and I believe how I look at my current weight. Pants-o-meter goes down much more rapidly too.
starting: shirt size L, pant size 14 | current: shirt size S, pant size loose 6
Current goal: Exercise lots during the summer
-Lose a "Freshman 15" instead of gaining it! (MET at 149 lbs)
-Enjoy life AND have a good semester, academically (MET, good semester mentally/emotionally and 4.0 semester GPA!)
