I've been doing well for the past few days, I did have one cheat snack cake but that was on monday (but i was still in my calorie range for the day), anyone know how long it takes to get rid of water weight? Assuming you don't change your exercise or eat excess sodium can you still carry a lot of water weight?
5/18/13--->40-34-42 (170lbs)---then the holidays happened
Lowest recorded weight as an adult -->160!
