Thank you everyone for the replys. My coach did not give me really any more info to me that was not availble in the packet of general info she gave me. We weighed, measured and before I knew it I was sent to another lady to buy my food. Didn't say anything about supplements or even the food for that matter. I would not sweat it. I bet your weigh in is fine. The thing is eating too many veggies(unless they were fried) did not make any one of us fat. Going forward, you know how to do it, but I think your WI will be fine.
