Yes I usually hold either one or two pound weights. I stopped sweating after I was getting close to goal so I decided to start adding the weights. It helps. But now 3x a week I'm doing an arm toning after the walk with 8 lb weights so I don't carry weights those days. It's just a four minute arm workout on the Ultimate Five Day walk.
I did order something from collage but forgot what it was right now, need to put this iPad down and go to sleep. 4:30 is approaching.
