Write down your goals and read them every day! I find that helps a lot. Keep your goals in front of you. When you start to eat better and exercise more regularly, you will find yourself feeling more optimistic about the changes you're making. Having a bright outlook keeps you motivated and moving forward- and inspires you to make more positive decisions. Get your family in on living a healthier lifestyle too. It's really important to surround yourself around people who are living the lifestyle you are after. For now, get that support by joining groups, meetup.com is a great resource for meeting people who have similar interests. And of course, this forum is great for support.
