Can you find some lower sodium options within the canned seafood lines? I know I have seen some but not sure about flavor and availability. Also, maybe you can tweak some other foods you eat. Does the kimchi have much sodium? If so, maybe you can get a variety that is lower.

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
