D - Italian Sweet Sausage w/ Potato Bun + Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

I went a bit over on my calories yesterday. Dad requested homemade mac & cheese, so I had to make it (and of course, eat it). Weight is down -0.2 from yesterday though, so I can't complain. I did miss going to the gym yesterday, but I will be going tonight.
