L - Deli Roll w/ Roast Beef, Swiss, and Yellow Mustard + Ruffle Potato Chips + French Onion Dip
S - Small Piece of Vanilla Cake
D - Hot Dog + French Fries + Yellow Mustard
Exercise: 30 Minutes Light Calisthenics & Stretches (-140)

Yesterday wasn't terrible, especially since I wasn't home most of the day. My friend was having a baby shower, which is where the potato chips and cake came from. Still did an easy workout when I got home. My muscles are still strained from Friday. Had a super low weigh-in this morning and I hope it sticks. I'm still trying to get back to pre-holiday weight (173).
