L - Avocado + Crunchmaster Multigrain Crackers + Naked Kale Chips
S - Heath Klondike Bar
D - Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast + Steamed Veggies + Mac & Cheese
S - Sweet Potato Chips + Swiss Cheese

Exercise: Strength Training Circuit (-60) + Treadmill (-40) + General Calisthenics (-93)

Yesterday was good, except for the Klondike Bar. I didn't even want it, but I coworker bought it for me and handed it to me and I didn't have much choice in the matter. I would have felt bad if I didn't eat it.

Muscles are fatigued. I see that as a good sign. I need to build more muscle.
