I'm usually willing to try anything once so I'll give it a go! The bathroom stuff isn't TMI its a nice warning LOL. With all the crazy things I've been eating lately nothing could shock me.
312.8??? (Up almost 1 lb)
Not really sure what happened. I stayed well on track yesterday, did an awesome workout (thighs are killing me!) I'm trying not to let the gain discourage me. I'm going to chalk it up to having a late dinner last night. And my TOM is due soon.
B - Whole wheat English muffin with a little butter, 1/2 Grapefruit
L - Mixed Salad
D - Veggie "chicken patty" and steamed broccoli
S - Handful of almonds, 1 Granny Smith apple
Exercise: I work 6 am - 630 pm so I usually don't exercise on work days but I'll try to at least get 30 minutes in.
1st - 324 lbs (20 lb loss)
2nd - 310 lbs (10% loss)
3rd - 299 lbs (Out of the 300's!)
