Love this series. Especially this one in the middle when he is explaining calorie counting just doesn't work for most people. Hence the yo yo dieting, the non-success, etc. But for a lot of people low carbs does work. It totally transformed not only my weight, but my metabolism, and probably most importantly for long term success my appetite.
