Default IP newbie

Hello everyone. I have been reading this forum for a couple of months and decided to join. I really need inspiration. I started IP 1/17/2014 with a start weight of 187 labs. I am currently 170. While I am happy I have lost it seems lately I am struggling to stay OP. Anyway I am happy to sign on and be a part of this supportive forum in order to meet my goals and maybe inspire others. Thanks for reading!

I started IP on Feb. 24, 2014 and have already lost 9 lbs and 4 1/2 in. I have a way to go, but am looking forward to being under 200 lbs. (I started out at 211 lbs.). I feel inspired by reading how well others are doing. Hopefully, there won't be many bumps in the road. I'm glad I ran across this forum.

I started Feb 17 and I'm down 18lbs, it's not always easy but I remind myself when I start to struggle of what the goal is and whether it's worth it to risk the goal. Someone wise on here said the remember that all those things we think we want will still be here next year when we're not IP

I'm only down 8 lbs in two weeks....I guess it's progress, right?
