To stay true to IP protocol, ANYTHING not on the P1 sheet (including dressing) has to be 0/0/0 (0 fat/0 carb/0 sugar) which is why you see so many using Walden Farms!!! Otherwise you would make your own with allotted olive oil, cider vinegar and spices (or keep an eye out on here for dressing recipes... Though they are pretty similar to what I suggested).
FYI - balsamic vinegar is not allowed!
