I think TTOM is worse than normal. I am a bloated, swollen, miserable mess, too.

Last night I added on:
Tamilee Webb Total Body Stretch for Beginners (standing)
Short Rest from AM/PM Yoga for Beginners

Calories for yesterday: 1370 +
Weigh In: 166 (TTOM)
Up: .6

I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!

Maintenance Weight Range 150-155 <-- this was in the past, my current goal is to get below 160 and I will reassess from there
