Angry Staying on track with a knee injury

Hello featherweights! I haven't posted in a long time but have been lurking faithfully!

Until I busted my knee a couple weeks ago (exact details TBD by an upcoming MRI), I was maintaining pretty well. Now that I can't work out except upper body, I've gained 3 pounds

Anyone have ideas on how to keep things under control while injured? I know the obvious answer is to cut calories, but, as all you featherweights know, there isn't a ton to cut when you are a featherweight! Has anyone done a good upper body workout on an ongoing basis? Or other strategies to avoid gaining while injured?

Oh gosh, I'm really sorry to hear about the injury. Hope it doesn't keep you off your feet for very long. Maybe some boxing moves? You could probably get some ideas off of youtube to practice.
