Hello featherweights! I haven't posted in a long time but have been lurking faithfully!
Until I busted my knee a couple weeks ago (exact details
TBD by an upcoming MRI), I was maintaining pretty well. Now that I can't work out except upper body, I've gained 3 pounds
Anyone have ideas on how to keep things under control while injured? I know the obvious answer is to cut calories, but, as all you featherweights know, there isn't a ton to cut when you are a featherweight! Has anyone done a good upper body workout on an ongoing basis? Or other strategies to avoid gaining while injured?
