Lunch - leftovers
Dinner - Did spinach salad with feta cheese, Special K Red Berries with Silk Almondmilk (more healthier than Soymilk but around same price yikes), and a little beef jerky as snack
Just a little humpy dumpy trying to get off the wall.....
