Happy to hear that your state of mind is better. Now to get you out of your physical depression! Be patient with yourself. Could you get back in the swing of things by exercising just a short time...... and then gradually increase your time each day (or even each week)? Just try to take ONE small step today (or tomorrow) toward getting back on track with diet and exercise. One meal and one day at a time. You will get there!
