Good morning all,

Alaskan so sorry for your loss.

Weekend flew by, between TOM and cold temps, ready for a warm up, we're supposed to start getting warmer Thursday, yippee...

Finally took a day off from exercise yesterday, felt a little guilty, back OP today.

L- spring mix, sprouts, 5 bean salad, 1tbs Italian, 1 tbs balsamic, smoked oysters
D- tuna steak, veg
S- orange, banana
E- walk at work, exercise bike
