Mid morn snack: peanut butter/raisens on small round flatbread

Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs
Snack: 2 Special K protein bars

Dinner: Caesar salad
Handful of Tostitos

Snack: Apple

Should add up to about 1350 calories total.
