For someone who is gluten intolerant and insulin resistant, it's the best way of eating I've come across. Especially since it's easy to stick to and I don't have any desires to cheat
plus, you can see if you're in 'ketosis' by using Ketostix (sold in the diabetic section at Wal-Mart.)
Since doing keto, my blood pressure has gone down and my sugar levels are at healthy levels instead of nearing pre-diabetic levels
