Yes and no on the fruit-eater part. Most of the time, I prefer my fruit in smoothies. I like to snack on apples.
My favorites-
Bananas
Blueberries
Strawberries
Apples (specifically, Gala or Fuji)
Occasionally I will get kiwis, mangoes and raspberries when they are on sale.

I don't typically eat fruit, and veer toward vegetables as a snack. Once in a while (maybe every few months) I do eat a serving of fruit if I get a sweet craving.
I always wonder if there is anything only found in fruit that I may be lacking.

I'm addicted to Pink Lady apples. They have spoiled me for any other apple. I like bananas, but I don't like having them around because I tend to overeat them. I like pineapple, but don't buy it often. The Pink Ladies are my staple fruit, but unfortunately, they're not generally available during the winter (at least not the organic ones, which are the only ones I'll eat).

Fruit has antioxidants, I eat fruit everyday. The fruits I tend to eat are: (some are more seasonal for me than others)
Berries - multiples types
Figs
Cherries
Kiwi
Apples
Pears
Bananas
Mango
Oranges
Lemons
Tangerines
Pineapple
Guava
Star fruit
Cantalope
Watermelon
Persimmons
Pomegranate
Grapes
But overall, I eat a lot of berries, and mix in other fruits I like as well.

Truthfully, I've never been much of a fruit fan. Frankly, I always kind of thought people were just making it up (or putting a good face on it) if they said they preferred to fruit to cookies or candy or other junk food.
But, I've become convinced that some people really do like fruit.
I've gotten to where I actually do like blackberries, blueberries and strawberries.

I never really cared about fruit, but since starting to watch what I eat, I have found that fruit makes a great, easy, filling snack choice for me. Now I can't imagine life without my fruit bowl overflowing!
I eat an apple almost every day. Otherwise I'll have frozen mixed berries with my yogurt, melon or grapes as a snack and sometimes a banana and peanut butter for dessert.

Looooooove fruit...pretty much anything except cantaloupe. I especially love grapes, rainier cherries, peaches, and berries.

I love fruit and would eat it more often if I weren't a poor graduate student right now. I eat an organic apple pretty much every day. A bag of them is surprisingly cheap at my supermarket. I've been eating them regularly for about 3 years, and I suspect they're one of the reasons I have the cholesterol profile of a GOD.
I love so many fruits. I wouldn't eat more than a serving a day though because I'm pretty sensitive to sugars. My favorites are pears (Harry and David has crazy delicious pears), peaches, and cherries. I love or at least like every fruit I've eaten though.

Yeah, cantaloupe is pretty much the only fruit I don't like a lot. It's ok. Honeydew's the money melon though, so good.

I really love fruit, can't think of much I don't like maybe papaya no I would probably like it mixed up right lol.
My special favorites are green and red grapes, watermelon, let me repeat that watermelon gosh when they are crisp and perfect they are sooooo good. Love berries of all types, pineapple, mango.
A pattern that works really well for me is to have a big bowl of fruit with my coffee early when I wake up. That usually gets me up and going and I wait to have breakfast until I'm hungry again.
