I had my last weigh in on Saturday and there was a new coach that said, didn't you go to the phase 4 orientation? I'm like, what orientation? Seems they hold it the 1st Tuesday of the month so I missed the one in February and will miss March cause I'm going skiing. not happy! It would be so much more helpful to have a launch plan, you know?
