Hey.. the salt thing.. I just modified it and added salt, just not too much. Just enough for my food to taste better. The reason for no salt in the beginning is to lose the water weight so the fat can start falling off.
There is a ton of info in the book you put together for your type. You really learn how to eat. As far as any other diet, and I'm over 60 now, that I've tried in my life(probably all of them until I found this) This is the most comprehensive, makes the most sense and works the best.
