Well its been one week and down 2 lbs.... ( alternate) ..I started to eat veggies that I don't normally eat. Like to look at the "what you eating today section" as it provides good ideas.... My goal for next week is to lose 2-3 lbs....

What are you eating? How are you dealing with cravings? Are you hungry?

I have a protein bar for breakfast
lunch is a EAS protein drink (Low Carb) with 2 cups veggies
Dinner is Protein meat w/ 1-2 cups of veggies ( depends if I am hungry)
snack- EAS protein drink ( Low Carb )

In the begging I was hungry but during lunch I do 1 cup of veggies then a couple of hours later another cup...seems to help...I also had about an oz of protein meat for lunch if I was really hungry...it helps..
I did get headaches ....I did cheat a bit but hope to do better on my second week.. I like to get some walking in...

just a suggestion----it's a happier journey if you set goals that you can control, such as sticking to plan, getting in the water, doing light exercise x number of days. You body will release the weight on it's own schedule. Setting your sights on a certain weight result can result in disappointment even when you are doing well. Some weeks there is no weight loss but your clothes size will suddenly drop or you'll notice your face has more definition. Of course it's easier said than done----most of us are heavily invested in that scale number! Wishing you a great weigh in!

bigjoe - if you're having problems staying on track because of hunger, have you considered adding a 4th unrestricted? At your size and especially in the beginning it might really help you out.

And congrats on getting back on track - it's hard. But the more you stay the course the easier it will get.

Yahoo for 1 lb gone forever!

Yes, I agree with Ruth Ann, I've been re-watching some IP videos and the Dr. says to have one restricted and three unrestricted while you weigh over 200 pounds. I did that while I was over 200 and had great losses.

Uhm...The videos? Where are they? My clinic/coach told me that they used to do that but people unsubscribed because they were overwhelmed and so they don't do it anymore. I am already looking for a new clinic/coach and I'm only on day 5

I love cauliflower mash! Besides roasting it, this has become my favorite way to eat cauliflower for quite some time. Be careful with the Kale Chips, it's so easy for them to go from just right to burnt. Watch them carefully. Good luck.

Your clinic should be spending you an email daly with a link to the video. If they are not sending them to you I would complain. They are good topics.

My clinic charged extra for the videos so they were optional. I got 30 days free
