GettinFit, good job and good idea about crocheting!

B: coconut water, flax seed bread, yogurt, oatmeal
L: salad, popcorn
D: meatballs, Zucchini, salad, yogurt

Just put an exercise dvd and Super Shred book on hold at the library today. Just checking it out. I'm probably better off with my freedom, rather than eat very little calories. Have you read it?
