Cheese is counted as a protein on SBD, but keep in mind that it is high in calories. 3200 calories = 1 pound, and although we don't actuallly count calories on SBD, in order to lose weight, you'll want to keep your daily allotment between 1200 to 2000 calories per day, depending on your height and weight.
