Im not following any diet or work out plan, Im just cutting back on my eating and walking 3 times a day for 45 mins each time. Sunday is my no work out day, I just relax on that day

Fitness...Walking, low impact aerobics..climbing steps.
Food staples...Wheat bagels...wheat pasta, lean proteins,Polaner fruit spread w fiber,air popcorn,Peanut butter.
Stats...Single, never been married, no kids..always been and battling the weight.
Music interest...Some oldies,80s,90s,dance, rock,,,Latin, upbeat type to push my fitness going!!
Hobbies...finding net friends to vent about our food,weight,fitness struggles, good or bad, word search puzzles..Listening to music.

I am counting calories on my own at the moment .. actually .. since I started up again in August last year. I include fasting for 12 hours a day (sometimes more) and drink LOTS of water. I use the "one ingredient" rule where I can and am in the process of creating a new cookbook, attacking recipes in my original one to cut down the fat and sugar where I can to make them a little healthier.
I got married in December last year to the love of my life (well the last 12 years lol) and have a 22 year old daughter, an almost 4 year old grandson and a 2 year old granddaughter. I do have a challenge going for any and all that want to join in which I tend to run in 16 week lots but join in any time I do pop in each day so happy to catch up and encourage if you need a buddy... oh .. Im in New Zealand too lol

I am online every day, and I am happy to check in here! I go to the gym 3 times a week, and do pilates 3 times a week, and I have one day free of exercise, and one meal a week where I can eat whatever I like. Its great meeting you all! I would LOVE to get to 90kg (198.4 pounds) but my short term goal is getting to 100 kg (220.4 pounds) and I will go from there!
