Hello!
I really don't know what i did different.. Than Im drinking a protein shake for breakfast and I cut out peanut butter, I was eating about a tsp every other night. .. but this past week I lost .5 pounds almost every day!!!
I started off January 1st. nothing happened.. well lost 3 lbs. My period started gained 2 back... then finally those 3 came off and I sat there finally by last couple days of January I was getting depressed...
I was folliwng the diet.. 20 carbs or less. and watching my calories. and I was losing nothing!
I made a couple changes and Bang. Im down 9 pounds!! so 6 pounds this past week.. Can't be water weight.. I been on a diet, this same diet for a month..
This monday night I am going to a work dinner. and they are only serving certain things. So I am going to do my best.. But im not going to stress out over it. If I eat something with carbs. I will move on.. But honestly going to try to get chicken and salad... and hope to take left overs home for the hubby!..
