Hi There,

My weigh is tomorrow. However, I have two main goals that I am trying to achieve: 1) Family Wedding in May 2) Turning 50 in August.

I have been searching, reading, getting versed on these boards..however would greatly appreciate insight for the following question: In March we are going on a cruise as well as visiting Universal Studios. I had already planned in my head that I would be taking a break from Ideal Protein Diet. My question is while I am on my break do I continue taking the vitamin supplements even though I will not be following the diet? Your thoughts and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You can (and should) take a multivitamin, and if you take fish oil you can continue that, but you don't need the others. I think that would be far too much potassium if you're following a more balanced diet.
