Ugh so scale has leveled off, but still 4lbs up with stupid TOM. Yesterday was..not great. I was STARVING all day and I kept fighting the urge to go off plan and I lasted till about 9pm and yeah totally ate junk before going to bed
I'm finding it really hard actually the keep with my first weeks goals. I mean, its not that big of a deal that I went off yesterday bc my first goal was 4 days on plan a week. But I also forgot my 15min of exercise. I REALLY need to remember my first goals too! Any advice?
