My mother has had great success on IP and I have been considering switching to it, since I am not currently having any luck with my usual South Beach Diet ... one of my concerns was that I eat mostly vegetarian. In my research I had found these previous threads, which I bookmarked. Hopefully this will help others out there LOTS of great ideas
