Default soy flour?

Has anyone heard of it or tried it? I went to Kroger yesterday and was looking for something low carb I could use for making my veggies a little crispy (I went on a 5 day juice cleanse and now I'm eating a vegetarian diet for the next 55 days). I found some soy flour and it only has 10 g of carbs per serving. Has anyone used it before? Do you like it? I did buy it, and it was more expensive than the other flours, but it seems worth it. I'll be experimenting with it for dinner when I fry my tofu with it, but wanted to know if anyone had any advice first? Thanks

I've tried a lot of gluten free flours and flour blends, including soy, because I'm sensitive or allergic to wheat.

I only like soy flour when blended with other gluten-free flours. I find it a tad bitter on its own.

I like coconut and other bean (fava or garbanzo) flours better.
