weighed in today at 169 I want to be 167 by February 1st. I got to the gym today so I feel good. Hoping the scale will reward me in the morning

I have decided that for the next two days I am going to do Atkins induction and see if that will help also. I already have my meals for tomorrow logged into MFP the calories are low and the carbs are great (
