Welcome to the February Daily Weigh-In thread! Here we weigh in daily and talk about what's happening on the scale. The thread is open to conversation and we can support each others progress! Our goal is to stay accountable and on track by posting our daily weight.

To join simply post in the thread your main post, the layout of it is entirely up to you. Some people like to put all the dates first, others like to add as they go along, some of us get a bit crazy with colors! It's all up to you how you do it.

06. ~ 274.6 (+3.2) Okay Okay fine I admitted it when the groundhog predicted 6 more weeks of winter I ate him!!
07. ~ 272.0 (-2.6) Okay we are going the right direction again, hopefully it is a trend!

Start Weight: 177.4 lowest weight in a month - wonder if it will stick
Goal Weight: 172.4 hope 5 lbs is realistic - happy with any steady loss though
