wow vix that's interesting about a baked potato …

I have cut out white potatoes, bread, sweets, pasta, rice until February 2nd. I don't know what I'll add back in yet. I have lost 9.6lbs since January first not counting the January 2nd weigh in at 180.4, that would bring my loss for the month to 10.8 so far. So it's helping me.

shr1nk1ngme, I am happy to report my blood sugars are getting better as I go also. Oh and I see you are leaving … on the new decade
