Its daunting how much practice is required, but then again, if its fun who cares! And yes, I'm looking for motivation to keep trying to lose weight, and to try feel right in my body after years of basically ignoring that it's attached to me, lol. I think hooping can do that. You are an insipiration, girl!!
That does mean a lot to me. I haven't felt like much of anything hoop wise lately. Although there is a curvy hooper contest and I am soooo not feeling it. I have one video unlisted for it but I am not sure about that being the video. Half tempted to brave the cold to try and hoop outside. One girl said that she searched for my entry as soon as she heard about the contest! 30 minutes a day makes a huge difference in your practice!
