I'm not sure that I understand the protein/fat vs protein/carb meals...
I still have phase 2 to start (hopefully next Monday) but when we go to phase 4, I guess I really don't understand how / what to eat to avoid regaining 60 pounds of ugly fat back... It's going to be too easy to slip into old habits, if I don't have recipes to follow, at least for a while.
