Good luck! Mini goals are how I achieved my own success. Exercise (to me) is fun, but stretching is like the icing on the cake, pardon the comparison lol! I spend a lot of time stretching each night, makes my body so flexible and ready for the next day's workout! Good luck with your eating plan! Are you going dairy-free too?
Okay, I have officially started! Time for me to post my 7 day mini challenge goals:
Everyday for 7 days I will...
Exercise
Walk 2 miles a day. If for some reason I cannot walk, I have a stationary bike or elliptical that I can tackle for 30 minutes.
(As far as stretching and weights go, I may start one of them next week. I know if I start making too many goals, I'll end up neglecting other goals.)
Water
Make sure to get at least 8 glasses of water a day... I mainly drink Gerolsteiner Mineral water due to its high calcium and magnesium content because the water in this neighborhood is like drinking toxic waste.
Junk Food
Resist the temptation to "treat" myself to french fries and other crappy fast foods after my weekly therapy session... It's so hard to not drive immediately to Wa-Wa and get a veggie hoagie or McDonald's and get a large fry, but I'll just have to be prepared and bring a snack with me in the car ride home so I don't do any bad emotional eating.
Meal Plan
I don't have any real set meal plan ideas, other than to stay in my points range, eat somewhat balanced (i.e. not just eat bread and cheese all day like I normally do), and try not to eat after 6pm.
Other
I must also wake up and do my daily affirmations and try to do at least 5 minutes of meditation at night.
I've been eating pretty good for about 3 weeks and lost 12 pounds. I weighed myself today and was shocked. I mess up a lot, i eat chinese, pizza, candy. But in the morning I have my protein shake. And i lost weight. I haven't been exercising either, which i should but the point is replacing one meal a day with a very nutritional protein shake helped me lose weight.
Like this goal, I haven't been doing so good but I am trying.
I am very happy, I still wanna cut down on candy and fast food. Limit that to maybe once a week. I can't wait to see how much better I do when I start working out. HELP ME I NEED SUPPORT! Someone needs to come to my house and drag me out of bed to workout. lol
Here is my shake
2 scoops Nature's Bounty Complete Protein - Chocolate
2 scoops Vitacost Whole Food Shake - Vanilla
2 tbs Peanut Butter
1 tsp Spirulina
1 tsp Maca
2 cups soy milk (any kind of low fat milk is fine)
2 acai Berry capsules (I open them up and pore them in)
Blend Blend blend
Vitacost Whole Food Shake
Keeps me full for hours and has amazing nutrition.

Just a question, if you are on liquid for only 3 days, will you gain whatever was lost when you go back to solids? This is what always stopped me from trying a liquid diet, I'd be afraid of loss then gain! Please educate me!
