I'd like to join this thread, what a great idea! For the time being, I'm going to try weighing myself once a week. This may change later on. I'm going to weigh myself on Sunday mornings. Here are my past weigh ins since the beginning of January, sorry they aren't once a week exactly.
1/1/14: 200 lbs
1/8/14: 197 lbs
1/19/14: 195 lbs
I've lost 5 lbs so far this month and am fairly happy with that. The past week was difficult and I lost 2 lbs in 11 days. Not the best, but I most definitely would not qualify it as bad. Monday was a good day, hoping for a good week!
