I am so proud of you Littlefoot... May I make a suggestion? I am eating TOTALLY different than my family is and it works. I can't imagine trying to fit MY diet into their dinners. Eat your L/G and then make their dinner. You can sit with them while eating a cookie or pudding. This WILL work if you allow it to. I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!
